I want to know why you politicians have accomodated the hispanics to the degree that you have?. why do they get a pass when it come to assimilation?. why do we have to adapt to them?.
History has shown when immigrants come here they were all to happy to adopt American customs and traditions as their own. They learned the english language respectfully. where would we be if all immigrants treated the honor of being an american with the same disrespect the hispanics have.
Somewhere along these last two decades we became a nation made up of immigrants, instead of a country of Americans. people forgot that we have our own home grown customs and traditions and pre- vietnam era immigrants adapted to us instead of the other way around.
political correctness has us towing a ridiculous line now where we seem to view ourselves as a nation made up of immigrants. instead of a country of Americans, once an immigrant has become an american ,thats what they are an american. not irish american, japanese american ,african american, hispanic american. they are an american.
our political correctness has gone so far that we have people saying "happy holiday" on the 4th of july!!!!
you want to reach out to hispanics for their votes? well that explains why they get the pass, this pass they have been given ultimately will divide america, it will divide us not by skin color or nationality, it will divide us by language. how would we have succeeded so well if immigrants behaved like the hispanics and refused to learn the english language.
This is the vision you have for America? having so many unskilled uneducated, illiterate immigrants from one country where they will end up being the majority? how is this good for America? they will have their own hispanic communties in america where everything is done in spanish, they are already singing the mexican national anthem at little league games in some communities in california. allowing this to occur is a slap in the face and a failure in honoring our fallen soldiers who died fighting for our freedom.
These immigration policies that have gone on for so long are not good for america, with all our jobs pouring out and we still are bringing in 125k foriegn workers every month in addition to 1 million new legal immigrants every year on top of the 20 million illegal immigrants here already. there are more hispanic immigrants here than all the other immigrants who ever came here combined since our founding. How has this been good for America? This is not about racism, this is about congestion, staggering social, economic and healthcare costs, we as a nation cant sustain all these people.
California is the canary in America's immigration coal mine. California is dying, the only reason that this is happening is that there are too many people out there. Too many people who are breaking immigration laws by staying here undocumented. We are now suffering the effects of such irresponsible immigration policies. One social effect is that they are actually singing the mexican national anthem at little league games in some communities.
Mexicans are mostly a good hard working christian people, , but they aren't assimilating, there are just too many. and 20 million of them are breaking our immigration laws.
can you tell me how this huge influx of mexicans has been good for America? don't you think you shoud be learning about how over immigration has destroyed nations all through world history. maybe a committee should be set up to explore how to get hispanics to assimmilate quicker and maybe they would be embraced by Americans instead of resented.
Take a look at "immigration br the numbers" and " numbersusa" Roy beck is an expert in immigration in societies throughout history and he has a lecture he gives around the country, maybe you should start with him at immigration by the numbers. maybe you should be concerned with path America is taking instead of continueing to coddle the hispanics, coddle some americans for a change. Our ancestors broke no laws getting here.

Pence is such a wonderful politician. He definitely gets it and here’s the proof: "It’s probably true that Republicans didn’t work hard enough in the past to reach out to Hispanic Americans, but that’s changing. House Republicans are leading the charge in changing that; the response that we’re getting from leaders in religious communities, in the business community among Hispanic Americans, has been very encouraging."
Wow! someone actually taking responsibility!!!
