The Entrepreneurial Immigrant

Immigrants, like my father and mother, have long been known for taking low paying jobs. The reason for this is simple; there are not many jobs low skilled workers with a considerable language barrier qualify for. However, immigrants within time learn enough of the language to get by and master a trade. Then with a modest savings over time many immigrants manage to start up their own business enterprise and begin to thrive in a capitalist society. Apparently, the entrepreneurial spirit is alive in all of us and immigrants are not exempt from it.
